They are used to organize lighting in yards of residential areas, parks, squares, shopping centers, parking, gas stations, streets and roads of cities and inter-urban roads as well.
On the top of lighting supports there is mounted a G-shaped bracket for installing of lamps. Mounting of lighting supports into the ground is carried out using special foundations to a depth of 1 to 2 meters, depending on the height of light pole.
Material and method of manufacture:
Poles are made of rolled steel, thickness from 3 to 6 millimeters by bending method with one longitudinal weld and have a cross-section polygon.
Height of lighting poles:
From 3 to 12 meters.
Assembling method:
Installation of poles is carried out into the ground to a depth of 1 to 2 meters, with subsequent concreting, then using a flange connection it is fixed to the embedded basement with 4 nuts.
Supply cable grooming:
There is provided underground cable grooming or using self-supporting insulated conductor method.
In the low part of pole there is a manning hole of electric part of pole.
Corrosion-resistant coating:
1. Method of cold galvanizing of metal - applying to the surface of a special composition with zinc powder.
Life span of metal products in this case increases to 10-15 years without restoration of protective coating;
2. Hot galvanizing method GOST 9.307-89
Life span of metal products in such case is increased to 25-30 years without restoration of protective coating;
Specified terms are valid only for the time of steel protection against corrosion, not be confused with the life of poles, which may reach up to 75-90 years!
Marking of poles:
Depending on manufacturer, there are a large number of markings for lighting poles: FOP (facetted conical pole), TWP (thin-walled pole), NPSF – non-powered straight facetted.
However, one shall understand that practically all of them are similar in the field of practical use.
Manufacture period – 3 to 10 days, depending on batch. Truck delivery to any region of Kazakhstan is available.
